• Monday Group: A small group of 3-6 people who meet up once a fortnight to chat and partake in activities such as bowling, walking and playing pool. (Mondays 1:00-2.30pm) – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GROUP HAS A WAITING LIST.

• Tuesday Group Week A: A small group of 3-12 people who meet up once a fortnight to chat and partake in activities such as walking, bowling and crazy golf. Occasionally the group will go for a meal out – these sessions tend to have a higher attendance. (Tuesdays 6:00-7.30pm) – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GROUP HAS A WAITING LIST.

• Tuesday Group Week B: Another small group of people who meet up on the weeks the other group doesn’t run. This group is newer and growing, so we are more than happy to receive new members! (Tuesdays 6:00-7.30pm)

• Kendal Group: A long running group that often meets in a private room. This group often participates in fundraisers and community matters. (Wednesdays 3:00-4:30pm)

• Maryport Group: A small group of 4-8 people who meet up once a fortnight to chat, play games and work on individual projects. (Tuesdays 1:30-3:00pm) – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GROUP IS ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

• Morecambe Group: Our only social group outside of Cumbria as of now, this group involves activities such as playing cards and board games, doing art and chatting (there’s no pressure to join with anything-it’s a safe space to explore autistic identity or to meet other autistic folk). Members are also welcome to bring their own activity. (Second Saturday of each month 11:00am-2:00pm)

• E-Pals: A small group of 2-8 people between the ages of 18-60 who meet up once a week online via zoom for chat and quizzes. (Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm) – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GROUP IS ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

• Women’s Group: An online women’s group that meets every two weeks for an hour. Very easy-going with no expectations of attendance or contribution, it’s a great opportunity to meet some people who’ve had similar experiences and exchange ideas as well as just have a chat. Please note that this is NOT a trans-exclusionary group. (Alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm)

• Art Club: A creative group dedicated to crafting, painting and other forms of artistic expression – welcome to those with any level of artistic ability. (Wednesdays 11:30am-1:30pm).

• Warhammer Group: A group dedicated to painting Warhammer figurines and playing the popular tabletop game. (Wednesdays 2:00pm-5:00pm)

• After Work Group: A group designed for those in work to chat and discuss interests. This group runs once a fortnight. (Wednesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm)

• Dungeons and Dragons: A group for autistic adults dedicated on the popular tabletop RPG Dungeons and Dragons – both new and experienced players are welcome. (Thursdays 1:00-4:00pm)

• Game Nights: A monthly event where autistic adults get together to play party-style video games together – perfect for those who may not already have access to a group of people to play such games with. If you would like to be kept in the loop about these nights, please fill out the below form and state you would like to join our Game Nights.

• Whitehaven Group: A small group of 2-6 people between the ages of 18-60 who meet once a fortnight at a local quieter cafe or their private side room for chat and discussions. (Thursdays 12-1:30pm) – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GROUP IS ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
